In a bizarre incident, a Zengeza man in Matebeleland South allegedly feasted on a dog’s raw lungs after killing it and stabbing the owner.
It is alleged that Obvious Mapare went to Khumbulani Ndlovu’s homestead and killed his dog. He allegedly went on to eat its liver dripping in blood.
According to witnesses, when the owner confronted him, he then stabbed him with a knife.
In a telephone interview with Great Dyke News 24, the victim’s relatives gave the details of the alleged incident.
