Chinese National Remanded In Custody: Facing Firearms ,Explosives ,and Gold Rush Charges!

Chinese national Liu Haikeng has been remanded in custody until February 7, 2025, facing three serious charges. According to court documents, on January 21, 2025, at Bijou Farm, Liu allegedly shot at Khonwani Dube three times with a Canik 9*18 pistol.

The accused is also charged with unlawfully possessing explosives, which were used in a blasting incident in 2024. Furthermore, Liu faces accusations of illegal gold prospecting at Bijou Farm without the necessary permits.

The case has drawn attention due to the severity of the charges and the international implications, given Liu’s nationality.
