The Agricultural and Rural Development Advisory Services (ADRAS) has urged farmers to make the most of the current dry spell by accelerating their preparations for the upcoming agricultural season.

ADRAS Provincial Director Busiso Mavankeni emphasized the importance of focusing on short-season maize varieties and traditional grains to ensure a good yield.

He encouraged farmers to take proactive steps to optimize their harvests in the face of challenging weather conditions.
