Shelter Zenzele Ndebele, Wallace Takudzwa Ndebele, and The Kimlyn Trust have been arrested by the Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission over alleged fraudulent land allocations.
They were granted $50 bail each in Gweru Magistrate Court and ordered to reside at their home addresses until January 13, 2025.
The complainant, Tendai Gaadzikwa, accused them of double selling a stand, resulting in a financial loss of $5,050. The next court appearance is scheduled for January 13, 2025, as investigations continue.
