Health Authorities in the Midlands say they have noted an impressive improvement in the numbers of people who turn up for the vaccination program.
In an interview with Great Dyke News, Midlands Provincial Health Promotion Officer Ishmael Mavhenyengwa said the public now understands the importance of vaccination against the Covid-19 pandemic.
He also said all staff has been trained and they have managed to deliver the vaccine to all districts.
Meanwhile, Members of Zanu PF Zvishavane District Coordinating Committee (DCC) yesterday received their Covid-19 vaccine first jab at Kandodo hall and called on residents to volunteer to get vaccinated and protect their loved ones.

Jaravaza said as leaders in all spheres of life should lead by example.
He also encouraged Zvishavane residents to get vaccinated and not be misled by social media misinformation.
According to the Health and Childcare ministry as at 28 April 2021, Zimbabwe had 38 191 confirmed cases, including 35 517 recoveries and 1 565 deaths.
To date, a total of 388 021 people have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
