Health Institutions Urged To Improve Waste Management

Environmental Management Agency (EMA) has called on health institutions in the Great Dyke to improve on waste management which has notably deteriorated in recent months.

Speaking to Great Dyke news’ EMA Midlands Spokesperson Oswald Ndlovu said currently some are failing to handle medical waste in the manner that is prescribed by the law.

In terms of the law, medical waste is supposed to be incinerated.
