MERJKH Holdings Chairman Munyaradzi Hwengwere has called on businesses and corporates within the Great Dyke region to support the Nedbank Tour de Great Dyke, a charity event aimed at assisting underprivileged but talented children. The annual cycling tour, which begins this Thursday in Selous, raises funds for educational and wellness initiatives for disadvantaged youth in the area.
Speaking to Great Dyke News, Hwengwere emphasized that support can come in various forms, urging those who are unable to participate in the cycling event to consider sponsoring participants or making direct donations to the cause. “It’s not just about cycling,” he said. “Everyone can contribute in their own way to make a difference in these children’s lives.”
The Nedbank Tour de Great Dyke has become a significant philanthropic event in the region, with corporates and individuals joining efforts to create lasting opportunities for young people in need.
