The Zimbabwe National Water Authority (ZINWA) says the recent rains the country received has seen an increase in the country’s water level in dams.
Speaking to Great Dyke News, ZINWA Acting Corporate Communications and Marketing Manager Tsungirirai Shoriwa said the national water dam levels have risen to over 81 percent.
This comes at a time when most parts of the country are experiencing water challenges, with Kariba Dam recently suspending electricity generation due to water shortages.
