Nedbank Zimbabwe reinforced its dedication to environmental sustainability by hosting a tree-planting event at Mandava Clinic. The initiative, which brought together clinic staff, patients, and local residents, saw the planting of various fruit trees, including lemon, mulberry, orange, pawpaw, and guava.
Participants, guided by Mandava Clinic nurses, worked together to plant the saplings, with many expressing excitement about the benefits the trees will bring. Beyond beautifying the clinic grounds, the fruit trees are expected to provide nourishment and shade for the local community.
Speaking at the event, Nedbank Zvishavane Branch Manager, Mr. Kurauwone Chikwekwete, highlighted the bank’s environmental commitment.
