Platinum Miner, Mimosa has been applauded for the outstanding Corporate Social Responsibility projects that are improving the quality of life of its host communities.
Speaking to Great Dyke News, Mhondongori Village 8 Headman, Mark Masuku said communities have been receiving support in several spheres including health, education, water and sanitation from the miner.
He highlighted that the Mhondongori garden and the Livestock Revitalization programme have transformed lives.
Zvishavane Vocational Training Centre, Assets and Accounting Officer, Clever Makura said the mining company constructed the girls’ hostel, and the canteen and donated 25 computers to the institution.
The miner yesterday held a media tour to give the community and the nation an overview of the mining company’s operations, production, and Corporate Social Responsibility efforts.
