The Zimbabwe Confederation of Zimbabwe Retailers says it is vital for the government and retailers to work together to ensure that there is sustainability and viability of businesses in the country.
This follows the recent meeting between the business community and the central’s bank governor on Sunday to find the root cause of an increase in prices of commodities lately.
Speaking to Great Dyke news, CZR president Denford Mutashu said the business community and the Central Bank have agreed on a path to deal with economic threats.
Delivering his State of the Nation Address recently, President Emmerson Mnangagwa said businesses that continue to use parallel market rates to price their goods will lose their licences.
