The Judicial service commission says the high number of murder cases in the country is disconcerting to communities.
Speaking recently Judge President Justice Mary Dube said, “there is a high incidence of robbery and murder cases”.
She indicated that “The number of murder cases in this province is disconcerting as murder has serious effects on the lives of surviving family members”.
Social commentator Joy Mabege said the spike in cases of murder may be due to the economic difficulties that many are encountering.
