The Zimbabwe Republic Police says it has apprehended ten suspects for stock theft in Madlambuzi, it says 22 donkeys and one cow have been recovered.
In a statement the ZRP said following an upsurge in reported cases of stock theft in Khandamhlope, Mbimba, Jutshula, Nsubula, Mahole, and Tjaboroma villages, Police launched an operation working with the community to fight the scourge.
It indicated that the community seconded eight villagers who partnered with the police identifying the stolen cattle.
It highlighted that the team searched neighboring villages in Tsholotsho where they recovered the stolen stock which led to the arrest of the suspects.
