Winter Weather Giving Horticulture Farmers Headaches

Horticulture farmers in the Great Dyke say their crops have been destroyed by severe frost after the temperatures dropped to minus fourteen degrees Celsius.

Speaking to Great Dyke News, Zvishavane-Mberengwa Horticulture Farmers Association Director Edward Simango said the damage of crops by frost will affect the local markets.

He also urged farmers to invest in Greenhouses to avoid such losses in the future.
