Police in Glenview are currently investigating a homicide case that occurred at Glenview 4 Shopping Centre in Harare on March 4, 2024, leading to the tragic death of Geodricks Mushonga, aged 33.
According to a statement from the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP), the victim was allegedly assaulted by six unidentified male suspects during a social gathering involving the consumption of alcohol. The altercation, sparked by an undisclosed issue, escalated into violence.
Regrettably, the lifeless body of Geodricks Mushonga was discovered at a nearby bus terminus, lying in a pool of blood with a severe laceration at the back of his head. The ZRP indicated that the incident unfolded after what appeared to be a heated argument during a beer-drinking spree. The police are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this tragic event.
