The Passengers Association of Zimbabwe (PAZ) has urged for stricter enforcement of regulations banning gas cylinders and other flammable items on public service vehicles.
PAZ President Tafadzwa Goliat made the call during the launch of the Heroes and Defense Forces Day road safety awareness campaign.
Goliat highlighted additional concerns about passenger behavior, noting that individuals consuming alcohol on buses are causing distractions that contribute to road traffic accidents.
