The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) is requesting public assistance in relation to an armed robbery that occurred on November 3, 2024, at Pircy Farm, Goromonzi.
According to police reports, six unidentified male suspects, armed with machetes and pistols, gained entry to the farm by cutting through the backyard fence. They entered the house through an open door and attacked the farm owners. During the robbery, the suspects stole USD 3,000 in cash, various clothing items, two speakers, three cellphones, laptops, jewelry, groceries, and three firearms.
The firearms, which included two shotguns and a pellet gun, were later recovered and dumped in the farm’s backyard. The suspects’ faces and clothing were captured by the farm’s CCTV system, which has been reviewed by investigators.
