A 27-year-old man Gweru man allegedly beat his 16-year-old sister to death accusing her of having too many boyfriends.
Tryphine Tarisai, of Clifton Park in the Midlands capital, died after her brother Terence Tarisai repeatedly lashed her with an electrical cable and waist belt for over 10 minutes.
Midlands Police Spokesperson Inspector Joel Goko said the police have arrested Terence over the homicide and indicated that when the police attended the scene, they observed bruises on the deceased`s legs, hands, and back.
