Gweru residents have praised the city council’s plan to construct two new schools, a move expected to ease overcrowding in existing institutions.

Gweru Residents and Ratepayers Association Director Cornelia Selipiwe said the initiative will help address the challenges faced by overpopulated schools in the city.
