police in Harare have arrested Benedict Rueben in connection with the murder of Maxwell Mahanzu (32) at Boka Bus Terminus along the Harare-Masvingo Road on January 6, 2025.
According to the ZRP, Rueben fatally struck Mahanzu with a stone after being mocked and accused of being gay due to his earrings.
Mahanzu died at the scene. Investigations are ongoing.
