A Zimbabwe Anti-Corruption Commission consultant says the country mining legislation is flawed where it vests minerals in the presidency instead of the constitution or citizens.
Speaking at a ZACC Mining Research Presentation, Consultant Albert Makochekanwa said the anomaly creates a conducive environment for corruption.
