Railway Block Primary School parents in Shurugwi continue to raise concern over mysterious happenings at the school with children being struck by unknown illnesses.
In November last year Great Dyke News visited the school after parents claimed that 24 female pupils had fainted and manifested in the same way saying they were seeing a snake in a black bag.
The parents blamed the eerie happenings on the school headmaster and wanted him removed from the school.
Parents who spoke to Great Dyke News yesterday questioned why the mysterious illnesses continue to occur at school and never at pupils’ homes.
Meanwhile, Shurugwi District Schools Inspector, Jameson Machimbira said he is unaware of the latest events.
Acting Midlands Provincial Education Director Mr Tadius Matiwenga also said the matter was attended to last year and he has not received any recent reports.
Unsolved mysteries continue to plague schools in various parts of the country with recent cases reported from Lumene Primary School in Gwanda and Coghlan Primary School in Bulawayo where satanism allegations have been raised.
