The newly elected Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) President has vowed to revitalize the country’s football scene, focusing on transparency, inclusivity, and accountability.
In his victory speech, Nqobile Magwizi highlighted the need for commercial partnerships, infrastructure development, and bringing national teams back to play in Zimbabwe. He emphasized that lessons from Zambia and Uganda could guide the association in commercializing football.
He called on stakeholders, corporate sponsors, and football enthusiasts to unite in rebuilding Zimbabwean football into a force in Africa and beyond.
