The Passengers Association of Zimbabwe (PAZ) has called on passengers and cross-border traders to adhere to immigration and customs declaration regulations to avoid disruptions during the festive season.
Speaking to Great Dyke News, PAZ President Tafadzwa Goliati emphasized that delays caused by searches and inspections by authorities can be prevented if travelers comply with the necessary rules and procedures.
“Abiding by the regulations ensures a smooth journey for everyone and reduces inconveniences on the roads,” Goliati said.
The association’s reminder comes as travel activity is expected to surge over the holiday period, increasing the need for orderly conduct at border crossings and checkpoints.
