Disgruntled Shabanie Mashava Mines employees have challenged the mine Administrator Afaras Gwaradzimba to publish the report by the Real Estate Evaluators who evaluated the mine houses.
Last week the mine gave employees offer letters but workers argue the prices of the more than 45-year-old houses is beyond their reach.
Investigations carried out by YAFM current affairs team revealed only two property evaluation companies evaluated the houses. Contacted for comment SMM administrative Afaras Gwaradzimba said due process was followed.
Meanwhile ZIDAMWU secretary general Justice Chinhema says the Union will next week file a notice to sue Gwaradzimba at the high court.
