The Zimbabwe NCDs Action Network (ZNAN) is calling on all Zimbabweans to take action in the fight against cancer by learning about risk factors, supporting patients and their families, and advocating for better policies and programs. Marking World Cancer Day on February 4, 2025, ZNAN is joining the global community in raising awareness about the disease and its impact.
Speaking to Great Dyke News, ZNAN Executive Director Jacob Ngwenya said this year’s theme, “United by Unique,” highlights the importance of person-centered care, recognizing that each cancer journey is different.
