The Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has called on youths to exercise restraint during the festive season to avoid situations that could lead to regretful consequences.
Speaking recently, ZRP Harare spokesperson Inspector Luckmore Chakanza highlighted the risks associated with excessive behavior, including incidents of rape, drunk driving, and drug abuse.
“Young people must avoid activities that could lead to criminal cases or harm to themselves and others,” Chakanza said.
Meanwhile, some parents have emphasized the importance of stepping up during the holiday period to instill discipline and provide guidance to prevent such issues from arising.
