Police in Chakari have arrested a 21-year-old security guard, Englam Musipa, in connection with the murder of Prince Muthimukhulu (32) at Oliander 1 Gold Mine on August 12, 2024.
Musipa allegedly shot Muthimukhulu in the head with a .303 rifle after spotting him carrying a sack of gold ore.
The Zimbabwe Republic Police confirmed the incident, stating that Musipa was part of a security team hired by the mining cooperative to protect their claim.
