NetOne has raised alarm over the continued vandalism of telecommunications infrastructure, warning of its negative impact on economic development.
Speaking on the sidelines of the official unveiling of NetOne’s 2025 Corporate Strategy in Kwekwe, NetOne Group Chief Executive Officer Engineer Raphael Mushanawani urged communities to take responsibility in safeguarding network infrastructure.
Mushanawani emphasized that damage to telecom infrastructure disrupts communication services, affecting businesses, education, and essential services. He called on the public to report any acts of vandalism and work with authorities to protect critical infrastructure.
