The Zimbabwean government has reiterated its commitment to national stability, dismissing reports of impending unrest as unfounded and warning against what it describes as “stage-managed” violence and online incitement.

Home Affairs Minister Kazembe Kazembe assured citizens that the country remains peaceful, urging them to ignore what he termed “theatrical ramblings” from fringe groups attempting to sow discord.

Information Minister Dr. Jenfan Muswere echoed this stance, stating that it is “business as usual” for businesses, civil servants, and students. He dismissed alarmist rhetoric from what he described as “delusional fugitives” and reassured the public that law enforcement agencies have the “full capacity” to apprehend those engaging in illegal activities.

The government maintains that Zimbabwe remains stable, urging citizens to remain focused on productivity and national development.
