The late Genius “Ginimbi’ Kadungure’s Manager Shallen Nullens, well known as Ms Shally has refuted social media claims that the large fleet of top range cars belonging to the deceased businessman and socialite will be put under the hammer.
In an interview with Great Dyke News 24, Ms Shally said Ginimbi’s wish was that his cars should not be sold but kept in a showroom at his Domboshava mansion.
‘’He wanted his cars to be in the show room, that’s what he wanted,’’ she said.
Kadungure was a popular Zimbabwean businessman, founder and Chief Executive Officer of a gas company, Pioneer Gasses, which has interests in Botswana, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
He was also well known for throwing all-white parties and for his fleet of top of the range cars that include brands such as Rolls Royce, Mercedes Benz, Bentley and Range Rover.
Kadungure died in a car accident early Sunday morning along Borrowdale Road with three other people when his Rolls Royce car hit a Honda Fit, veered of the road and crashed into a tree.
He will be buried on Saturday the 14th of November at 10 am at his Domboshava mansion at a funeral ceremony billed to be an all-white event.
