A highwall has reportedly collapsed at Zimplats’ Ngwarati mine killing one person.
The platinum giant could not however confirm the accident, with company spokesperson Busi Chindove saying they are still gathering information on what transpired.
Speaking to GreatDykeNews24, Chindove said she would respond after a call back from the mine.
“I have called the mine, and l’m waiting for them to call back so l will only comment when l get a call back from the mine,” she said.
