“This place is a red zone, a vaccination zone for livestock. If we make complaints to the government regarding things like January diseases which affects buffaloes, we should urgently get assistance since that is where our wealth resides. Whenever the cows mix with the buffaloes when grazing these diseases are usually transferred to cows”, he said.

Red zone means an area infested with animal disease outbreak or the area where animals are suspected of carrying any contagious disease.
