A Mberengwa woman who allegedly beat her fifteen-year-old daughter to death in a dispute over $7 was arrested, Great Dyke News 24 can report.
In an interview with Great Dyke News 24, Acting ZRP Midlands Spokesperson Ethel Mukwende confirmed the incident saying the accused is now in police custody for investigations.
Mukwende also urged members of the public not to use violence and force against children when trying to correct them.
Speaking to Great Dyke News 24, one of the neighbors said the now deceased was mischievous whereby she used to be beaten time and again by the accused.
