“Every year, we look forward to this event and prepare for it. We cycle regularly, so generally, we are fit,” Ndiyamba remarked. “At Mimosa, we value the safety of our employees, and we believe it’s crucial that our staff maintain their health. This event not only promotes wellness but also strengthens our sense of community.”

The Nedbank Tour De Great Dyke, founded by YA FM, is more than just a cycling event. Scheduled for 7-9 November, it aims to promote wellness, create opportunities, and support charitable causes. Ndiyamba highlighted how cycling together helps break down communication barriers and fosters a sense of unity among participants.

“No matter your position at work, we are all important. When we are out there cycling, we are the same. The pain I feel cycling 80 kilometers is the same pain everyone else feels. It’s a powerful way to build teamwork and lead our team effectively,” he added.
