Minister of Transport and Infrastructural Development, Engineer Joel Biggie Matiza, has died from Covid-19, GreatDykeNews24 reports.
According to sources, he passed away at a hospital in Harare at around 7pm this Friday.
Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Media Information and Broadcasting Services Nick Mangwana confirmed the news on his Twitter handle.
Matiza becomes the fourth Minister to die as a result of Covid-19 related complications following the death of Perrance Shiri, Dr Ellen Gwaradzimba and Dr Sibusiso Moyo.
