Zvishavane residents have this morning woken up to a case of suspected homicide or suicide, after the body of a man in his mid-thirties was found lying dead in a ditch along Goddard road.
Eyewitnesses at the scene identified the man who they alleged to have gone missing two days ago, but indicated that it was unclear whether he had been murdered or committed suicide.
“There was a dead body recognized as male. He was laying on the ground .The upper part of his body was submerged in water”, said one eyewitness.
The body was retrieved by Zvishavane ZRP.
