YAFM Directors say the radio’s listenership has increased because of good quality programming that addresses socio-economic issues around the Great Dyke.
Speaking to Great Dyke News, Yarutso Car Rental CEO who is also one of YAFM’s Directors, Victor Madzedze highlighted the presence of exceptional personalities such as Mambokadzi WeSungura Popo, Gogo Beau, Forbes Mugadza, Dr Tee, Alberto Chamwadoro, and Esther-Vimbai as contributing factors to their success.
He added that YaFm has also built a strong presence online with over 80,000 Facebook followers.
The station’s dedication to delivering quality content both on-air and online has garnered immense recognition, as exemplified by its recent crowning as the largest radio station in the Midlands and Masvingo Provinces, as officially proclaimed in the esteemed Zimbabwe All Media and Products Survey (ZAMPS) Report.
