The Zimbabwe Power Company (ZPC) has released its daily power generation statistics for December 5, 2024, showing a total of 1,187.5MW of electricity supplied to the national grid.
The country’s primary power source, Hwange Power Station, contributed 1,014MW, while Kariba Hydro Power Station generated 124.5MW.
Independent Power Producers (IPPs) contributed an additional 49MW, helping to meet the nation’s energy demands.
