The Zimbabwe Electoral Commission Chairperson, Justice Priscilla Chigumba, was involved in a road accident yesterday.
According to a statement by the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Media, Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services, Nick Mangwana, the incident occurred as Justice Chigumba was traveling from Chinhoyi when a haulage tanker collided with three vehicles, including hers.
Mangwana confirmed that there were no fatalities and that Justice Chigumba was not injured in the accident.
