The mining and agriculture sectors, pivotal to Zimbabwe’s economic framework, will collectively absorb 7.64% of the ZW$58 trillion budget unveiled in parliament yesterday.
The Finance Minister Professor Mthuli Ncube revealed a notable focus on bolstering these economic pillars, allocating substantial funds to propel growth and sustainability within both sectors.
Minister Ncube said the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development’s Z$132.7 billion, aims to implement vital legislative and administrative reforms, fostering an investor-friendly environment while facilitating mining and beneficiation activities.
