The ministry’s chief accounting officer Dr. John Bhasera was also awarded the best performing permanent secretary .
Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade Fredrick Shave was awarded the runner up best performing minister.
Vice Chancellor of Harare Institute of Technology Dr Quinton Kanhukamwe was awarded the best performing public entity head.
