Cases of the Covid-19 pandemic are at 3,566,570, with 86,260 new cases recorded yesterday. A total of 1,154,551 cases worldwide have been reported to have recovered from the pandemic. 

South Africa recorded 447 new cases yesterday, the highest recorded so far, to bring the total number of case to 6,783. 8 New deaths were recorded to bring the total number of deaths to 131

There were 5 new cases recorded in Zambia to bring the total number of cases to 124. 

Zimbabwean statistics remain unchanged and they still stand at 34. 

Russia fast becoming a coronavirus hotspot.

Russia reported a record number of new coronavirus cases for the fourth consecutive day on Sunday, as the virus rapidly spreads in the country, which is fast becoming one of the global epicenters of the Covid-19 pandemic.

 More than half of the cases have been reported in the capital. 

Russia is now the 7^th most infected country on the planet.

In the early stages of the virus, Russia was relatively unscathed but now the number of cases is now increasing rapidly. 

How do you recover from coronavirus?

There is currently no cure for the virus, bust scientists are working to get one made and distributed rapidly.
According to scientists an estimated 8-10 people infected may experience only mild,flue like symptoms which can be treated with flu vaccines.

Full recovery means there are no more symptoms experienced. Patients who require hospital care and an oxygen mask will take longer to recover in general.

According to the WHO, patients with severe or critical cases of coronavirus can be expected to recover in about 3-6 weeks, but it could take longer.
