The Buy Zimbabwe founder and Minex Chairman Munyaradzi Hwengwere has urged startups and established business people to humble themselves and pay attention to detail for their businesses to succeed.
Speaking to GreatDykeTV on the weekly series of Covid-19 Business Lessons, Hwengwere revealed that what kills most startups is pride, the need to make money from the start, and their unwillingness to sacrifice.
He went on to give some examples where they failed to pay attention to detail when they started a media company in Zambia which cost them a lot of money and resources.
