The Zimbabwe Diamond and Allied Minerals Workers’ Union (ZDAMWU) has urged employers in the diamond sector to review employee remuneration in light of the prevailing economic crunch.
In a telephone interview with Great Dyke News 24, ZDAMWU Secretary-General, Justice Chinhema said diamond workers should earn salaries which are equivalent to foreign currency and the remaining should be in line with the inter-bank rate.
