Chinhara, a former teacher who is a millionaire and now owns 41 service stations and 45 fuel trucks says the only secret to managing his business empire is leading from the front where he sets the pace, destination, and direction of his company on a daily basis.
According to Chinhara, it takes humility, persistence, and hard work for someone to be successful in the business world. He also talks about how he empowers his employees and the factors that lead to insolvency in business.
