Speaking at the Media Mining Awards 2023, Mines and Mining Development deputy minister Polite Kambamura highlighted the significance of incorporating smart mining practices. He emphasized that the introduction of AI and drones in the mining sector could be a game-changer, contributing to a sustainable mining economy.
The deployment of AI, a crucial component in global industrial production, is expected to give Zimbabwe a competitive edge on the international stage.
