Ya FM, the Great Dyke’s leading radio station, is set to ramp up efforts to empower local communities and support businesses in the mineral-rich region as it enters its 10th year of broadcasting.
Speaking to Great Dyke News ahead of the station’s 9th-anniversary celebrations, MERJKH Holdings Chairman Munyaradzi Hwengwere expressed gratitude to the stakeholders who have supported the station over the years. He pledged that Ya FM would intensify its commitment to fostering development and growth in the Great Dyke.
“We are proud of what we have achieved in these nine years, but the work is far from over. We will continue to empower our communities and uplift businesses in this vital region,” said Hwengwere.
The anniversary celebrations are scheduled for this Saturday, September 28, at the Palawani Lakeworld Resort. The event will feature the Minister of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Rural Development, Dr. Anxious Masuka, as the guest of honor.
