The Ministry of Health and Childcare revealed that Zimbabwe now has 44 confirmed cases of COVID-19 including 17 recoveries and four(4) deaths.
There are now 4,722,197 cases of the Coronavirus pandemic and 1, 759, 589 cases have been reported to have recovered. Active cases globally are 2,593,948 with 1, 812, 189 cases having been reported to have recovered.
The UK has the second highest number of deaths in the world with 34,466 after the USA with 90,113.
Cases in Brazil continue to rise with 14, 919 new cases reported yesterday to bring the total number of cases to 233, 511. The now have the fifth highest number of cases worldwide.
831 new cases have been reported in South Africa to bring the total number of cases to 14,355. The total death toll is now at 261 after 14 new deaths were recorded.
