An air of anticipation has gripped the nation ahead of the massive nationwide promotional sale set for Friday the 29th of November 2019.

The annual festive season shopping extravaganza known as the “Black Friday” has gained traction as consumers worldwide take advantage of the massive price reductions on the day.

Ironically, the origin of Black Friday makes sad reading for many around the globe. The day earned its name in the United States of America where the last Friday of November each year was set aside for discount sale of black slaves.
